Right of withdrawal

All items purchased on historic-brand.com (including those on sale) may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery (including public holidays). After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by choosing between a refund or an exchange (size change or item exchange).

You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

If you have received a damaged item or a product other than what you ordered and the return period has not yet expired, please make a return request indicating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to ask for photos to verify what happened. If you have received a damaged item, our quality control department will check the condition of the item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and contact you to resolve the problem. We are responsible for the cost of returning damaged or incorrect items.


Conditions of return

To be returned, products must be in the same condition in which you received them, in particular:

  • They must not have been used or washed;
  • They must have the manufacturer's label attached and intact;
  • They must have the security tag attached and intact.
  • They must be returned together with the original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the sole outer packaging;

If your return does not comply with the above conditions, the package will be returned and a refund or replacement will not be made.

How to make a return request

Wait for our answer before proceeding with the shipment.

To make the return, you have the choice to use the Return by HISTORIC or the Return by Customer service.


Returns by HISTORIC

The Return service includes a home collection arranged by Historic Brand.

The cost of the service depends on your country:

  • Return from Italy € 10

  • Return from EU countries € 20

  • Return from Non-EU countries € 40


Return by Customer

You can return items to Historic Brand with a courier of your choice, you will pay the shipping costs directly with them.

The package must contain all the relevant documents that you will receive by email.

Please note that you can initiate a return procedure within 14 days from the date of delivery (including public holidays). After this deadline, the return procedure will no longer be available.

Items to be returned must be sent back to Historic Brand in a single parcel to the address:

All instructions will be provided at the time of acceptance of the return request (see paragraph "How to make a return request").

Wait for the confirmation email before proceeding with the shipment.

Refund procedure

As soon as we receive your package, we will check that all the conditions listed above have been met. If the procedure has been carried out correctly, we will issue a refund within 72 hours of receiving the package.

The refund will be made using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase.

The credited amount will be visible with a variable time depending on the method used.

As an alternative to a refund, you can request a replacement of any item. You can replace the item with a different product.
