All shipments are L.B.W. S.R.L. responsibility, while these are in transit between our warehouse and the destination they must reach. Once your shipment is delivered to the specified address, and the collection verified with signature, the shipment will no longer be controlled by L.B.W. S.R.L., and therefore the responsibility will be forfeited. In the event that the package is damaged, or with manipulation signs, we suggest to reject it to the sender without accepting it and immediately contact our customer service at: hello@historic-brand.com.
