How can I place an order?

It is necessary to add the product to the cart, and follow the registration procedures, or to login in case of a registered user, proceed to the checkout, digit the credit card information, or by choosing the payment option between Paypal or Wire Transfer, for which you will receive the information. We will send you the order confirmation to your e-mail.


More than 24 hours from the purchase are passed by and I haven't yet received the order confirmation. What should I do?

Check your spam folder, and in case the email hasn’t yet been received, please contact our Customer Service at: info@historic-brand.com.


How can I know if my order has been received? When the payment be charged?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from the moment of the order reception. The payments will be charged upon the timing of your bank, credit card, or PayPal account.


When will I receive my order and how much does the shipment cost?

Is my shipment insured?

All shipments are L.B.W. S.R.L. responsibility, while these are in transit between our warehouse and the destination they must reach. Once your shipment is delivered to the specified address, and the collection verified with signature, the shipment will no longer be controlled by L.B.W. S.R.L., and therefore the responsibility will be forfeited. In the event that the package is damaged, or with manipulation signs, we suggest to reject it to the sender without accepting it and immediately contact our customer service at: info@historic-brand.com.


Can I receive information, news and offers at my email address?

Can I interrupt newsletter subscription?
