All items purchased on historic-brand.com (including sale items) can be returned within 14 days of delivery (including holidays). After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by choosing between a refund or an exchange (size change or item change).

If you received a damaged item or a product different from what you ordered and the return period has not yet expired, please submit a return request indicating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to request photos to verify the issue. If you received a damaged item, our quality control department will inspect the item as soon as it arrives at our warehouse and will contact you to resolve the issue. We are responsible for the cost of returning damaged or incorrect items.

Return Policy

To be returned, the products must be in the same condition in which you received them, in particular:

• They must not have been used or washed;
• They must have the manufacturer's label attached and intact;
• They must have the security tag attached and intact.
• They must be returned together with the original box, which is considered an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.

If your return does not meet the above conditions, the package will be returned and no refund or replacement will be issued.

Returns from HISTORIC

The Return service includes home collection organized by Marchio Historic.

The cost of the service depends on your country:

• European countries have a fixed cost of €10
• United Kingdom has a fixed cost of €40
• Canada, United States has a fixed cost of €40
• Singapore, Malaysia, Kuwait, Israel, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Bahrain, China, South Korea, Emirates has a fixed cost of €60

Return by the customer

You can return items to Historic Brand with a courier of your choice, paying the shipping costs directly to them.

The package must contain all relevant documents that you will receive via email.

Please note that you can initiate a return within 14 days of delivery. After this period, the return process will no longer be available.

Refund procedure

As soon as we receive your package, we'll verify that all the above conditions have been met. If the process has been followed correctly, we'll issue your refund within 7-12 business days from the date we receive and verify the returned products.

The original shipping costs are non-refundable and will therefore be deducted from the refund amount, along with the fixed cost of the return.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

The credited amount will be visible after a variable amount of time depending on the method used.

As an alternative to a refund, you can request an exchange for any item. You can exchange the item for a different product.
