Shipping policy

 

SHIPPING TO EUROPEAN COUNTRIES

Historic offers express delivery via DHL, GLS, or POSTE ITALIANE within 24/48 hours for orders placed from Monday to Friday.
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
For orders processed on Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday, or on public holidays, delivery will take place on the first available delivery day.

Goods will be ready for shipment within one day after payment.
During sales or promotions, shipping may take longer.
Two delivery attempts will be made.
If delivery fails on the first attempt due to the recipient’s absence at the specified address, the courier will leave a notice for the customer with a tracking number and a phone number to arrange a delivery appointment.
If it is also impossible to make the second delivery on the agreed day due to the recipient’s absence, the shipment will be stored at the courier’s warehouse and storage costs will be charged to the recipient.

We do not ship to Post Office Boxes or post offices.
We do not allow pickup from our warehouse.

With PayPal payment, we are REQUIRED by PayPal rules to ship the item to the destination/shipping address listed in the PayPal payment.
With other payment methods, the buyer is required to inform us of the shipping address if it differs from the address entered when purchasing on historic-brand.com.

For express shipping, the recipient’s name on the package must be the same as the name on the intercom/doorbell at the delivery address.

When filling in the shipping details, it is recommended to provide a phone number to be given to the courier in case of delivery issues.

Even though we use the best couriers, we are not responsible for delivery delays or any inconvenience caused by force majeure.

You may choose from the following shipping methods:

 

Standard Shipping:

  • Italy: for orders under €100, the shipping cost is €10 and delivery is made within 1/2 business days. For orders over €100, standard shipping is free;
  • Austria, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Belgium: for orders under €100, the shipping cost is €20 and delivery is made within 2/3 business days. For orders over €100, standard shipping is free;
  • Denmark, Croatia, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Greece: for orders under €100, the shipping cost is €20 and delivery is made within 2/4 business days. For orders over €100, standard shipping is free;
  • Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary: for orders under €100, the shipping cost is €20 and delivery is made within 2/4 business days. For orders over €100, standard shipping is free;
  • Albania, Bosnia, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro, Switzerland, Turkey, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Iceland: for orders under €100, the shipping cost is €20 and delivery is made within 3/5 business days. For orders over €100, standard shipping is free.

 

Priority Shipping:

Priority Shipping is available with no order value limits and can be selected by the customer during checkout.

  • Austria, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Monaco, Belgium: the shipping cost is €30 and delivery is made within 1/2 business days;
  • Denmark, Croatia, Finland, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Ireland, Greece: the shipping cost is €30 and delivery is made within 1/2 business days;
  • Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary: the shipping cost is €30 and delivery is made within 1/2 business days;
  • Albania, Bosnia, Norway, Serbia, Montenegro, Switzerland, Turkey, Liechtenstein, North Macedonia, Iceland: the shipping cost is €30 and delivery is made within 2/4 business days.

VAT is included in the purchase price for all European countries.

 

Tracking

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with an order tracking number.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once the delivery has been collected and confirmed by signature, insurance coverage expires.

Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country:

  • United Kingdom: shipping cost €40, delivery within 3/5 business days;
  • Canada, United States: shipping cost €40, delivery within 3/5 business days;
  • Singapore, Malaysia, Kuwait, Israel, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Bahrain, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates: shipping cost €60, delivery within 3/5 business days.

NB: products are shipped from Italy.

For all countries outside the European countries, customs and import taxes are not included in the product price or shipping costs. These taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs may be before purchasing.
We are required to declare the actual amount paid by the customer. We therefore cannot declare an incorrect value or mark shipments as “gift,” as this is contrary to international law. Shipping to the United States: if the value of the goods is below USD 800.00, no customs duties or fees will be charged.
