Refund policy
All items purchased on historic-brand.com (including sale items) may be returned within 14 days from the delivery date (including public holidays). After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal by choosing between a refund or an exchange (size exchange or item exchange).
If you have received a damaged item or a product different from the one ordered and the return period has not yet expired, please submit a return request indicating that the product is defective or incorrect. We reserve the right to request photos to verify the issue.
If a damaged item is returned, our Quality Control department will inspect the product upon arrival at our warehouse and will contact you to resolve the matter.
We are responsible for the return shipping costs of damaged or incorrect items.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, products must be in the same condition in which they were received, specifically:

They must not have been used or washed;

They must have the manufacturer’s label attached and intact;

They must have the security tag attached and intact;

They must be returned together with the original box, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged, altered, or used as the sole outer packaging.
If your return does not comply with the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you and no refund or exchange will be issued.
How to Request a Return
Please send an email with your return request and order number to info@lbw-srl.it.
Wait for our confirmation before proceeding with the shipment.
To return an item, you may choose to use the Return via Historic service or the Return via Customer Service option.
Returns via HISTORIC
The return service includes a home pickup organized by the Historic brand.
The cost of the service depends on your country:

European countries: flat fee of €10

United Kingdom: flat fee of €40

Canada, United States: flat fee of €40

Singapore, Malaysia, Kuwait, Israel, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Philippines, Bahrein, China, South Korea, United Arab Emirates: flat fee of €60
Customer-Arranged Returns
You may return items to Historic Brand using a courier of your choice. Shipping costs will be paid directly by you to the courier.
The package must include all relevant documents that you will receive via email.
Please note that a return request must be submitted within 14 days from the delivery date. After this period, the return procedure will no longer be available.

All instructions will be provided once the return request has been approved (see section “How to Request a Return”).

Refund Procedure
Once we receive your package, we will verify that all the above conditions have been met. If the return is compliant, we will issue the refund within 7–12 business days from the date of receipt and verification of the returned items.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will therefore be deducted from the refund amount, together with the fixed return fee.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
The credited amount may take varying time to appear, depending on the payment method used.
As an alternative to a refund, you may request an exchange for any item, including exchanging it for a different product.
