ORDERS
Once an order has been placed on our e-commerce site and paid for, it can no longer be cancelled or modified. This is due to the speed with which we process requests in our warehouse. We recommend carefully reviewing our shipping and returns policy and information regarding delivery times and costs. Shipping Address: For security reasons, we are unable to make changes to your shipping address. Once your order ships from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can then contact the carrier to provide them with additional information for delivery.
Billing Address: We are unable to make changes to your billing address. Due to our rapid processing times, we are unable to change any information in your order once it has been sent to our warehouse for preparation.
Yes, you will be charged at checkout. If one or more items are out of stock, our Customer Service will contact you and refund the cost of the missing item(s).
The refunded amount should appear in your account within 5-20 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
We communicate the status of your order through regular email updates.

Tracking numbers and links are always provided within every shipping confirmation email and are already active.
Orders are shipped from Italy only on weekdays. Weekdays in Italy are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For more details on shipping times, please visit the Order Management page.
RETURNS
We accept returns on all items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached) or they may be refused.
Items altered in any way by the end customer cannot be returned.
If you have decided to return an item, you will need to register your return in our Returns Portal and follow the necessary steps.

A fixed cost of €15 will be applied for return shipping costs.
No fees will be applied for defective items.
